Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 6 months of purchase. Simply return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition together with a copy of your on-line order. We also recomend that you send it via FedEx insured with a receipt verification, packages are known to get lost so it's good to have the parcel tracked. Be sure to also include a brief description of why you are returning the product together with online return form for a full refund of the unused product to:

In order to receive the proper credit, you must return the product in it's sealed, original packaging. You must also have a RMA number which is obtained by completing the online return form.

Received Incorrect or Wrong Product?

If you received a product incorrectly or received a product you didn't order, DO NOT return the product. Please contact our Customer Service Team to resolve the issue. Received a Damaged item?

If you received a damaged product, DO NOT return the product. Please contact our Customer Service Team with the issue. Please be prepared to provide a picture of the damaged product, as this will be necessary for us to approve the reship of the damaged item.
