Shipping

Your shipping cost is a flat rate of $7.99 per order to anywhere in the continental U.S. regardless of the size of order which also includes insurance except for items shipping by motor freight. There is an additional fee of $26.95 for orders from outside the continental U.S. and must be placed by mail, fax or phone. Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. are usually shipped the same day by UPS ground. You can expect your order to arrive in 5-10 days. Sorry, we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or accept C.O.D. transactions. FiltersAmerica.com customers can track their shipments 24 hours/day 7 days a week.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition together with a copy of your on-line order . We also recomend that you send it via UPS with a receipt verification, packages are known to get lost so it's good to have the parcel tracked. Be sure to also include a brief description of why you are returning the product together with online return form for a full refund of the unused product to:

In order to receive the proper credit, you must return the product in it's sealed, original packaging. Opened or used product is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. You must also have a RMA number which is obtained by completing the online return form.

Damaged product during shipping.
If your items were damaged during shipping, do not return the product until one of our customer service represenatives instructs you to return the product. Your damaged product claim will process much faster after speaking with us first. By completing the online return form will expedite your claim.

Exchange Policy

We do not exchange product. If you have ordered the wrong product, you will need to complete the return form for a return the product and you will need to re-order the correct product.
