Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card for payment. All Prices are in US Currency. We are currently shipping only to the United States.
Your E-mail Address
Upon the successfull completion of your order, a copy of your order is
sent to your e-mail address. You will need a copy of your order if for some reason you need to return the product. We will also notify you by e-mail when
your order has been shipped. Please note that some Spam filtering software
may prevent you from receiving these legitimate notifications. You should
check with your ISP regarding mail filtering. Check our privacy policy for more information.
Sales Tax
FiltersAMERICA is required to withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Illinois. The current county tax rate is 7.75%.
Card Security Code
What is the Card Security Code (Card CSC Number)?
A CSC is a special security code feature on your American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card. CSC's are not raised, so they are not scanned into standard credit card readers. In theory, these numbers are only visible to you. When you give your CSC to a merchant, you assist the merchant in verifying that the order is being placed by you, the card holder, thus preventing fraudulent use of your credit card.
FiltersAmerica requires you to enter your CSC whenever you place an order online to help us detect fraudulent use of your card before your account is charged. This simple step allows us to greatly enhance the safety and security of our ordering process, which protects our valued customers.
- Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Card Users: Flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see a credit card number followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your Card Security Code.
- American Express Credit Card Users: Look for the 4-digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of your main credit card number. This 4-digit code is your Card Security Code.
