All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition together with a copy of your on-line order. We also recomend that you send it via FedEx insured with a receipt verification, packages are known to get lost so it's good to have the parcel tracked. Be sure to also include a brief description of why you are returning the product together with online return form for a full refund of the unused product to:

If you received a product incorrectly or received a product you didn't order, DO NOT return the product, please contact our Customer Service Team to resolve the issue.
In order to receive the proper credit, you must return the product in it's sealed, original packaging. You must also have a RMA number which is obtained by completing the online return form.
